To ensure a perfect fit, earcuffs are custom made to the specific dimensions of your ear.

Please email us at contact@monangejewelry.com a photo of your ear with a ruler, as shown here.

Make sure to stick the ruler to your head so that the measurement is as accurate as possible. Also, please specify the unit of measurement (millimeters or inches) in the email.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements or poor fits.

Please take your time with this step, as we do not offer exchanges or returns for this reason.

However, if no response is received by email, the jewelry will automatically be made in standard size.
